Consistently late for the nurse to do her part. Questions were redundant and several were repeated. I filled out their paperwork/questionnaire including providing them a list of my Rx's, of which they didn't even bother to look at.
A couple that had an appointment before me had been sitting & waiting approximately 1 hour just to have redundant questions asked of them too. I asked prior to my appointment if I could fill out their paperwork/questionnaire, or pick it up from their office, prior to my appointment. I also asked if was possible to complete their paperwork/questionnaire on-line. Per the receptionist that contacted me, that too was not available.
To much redundancy and what is the point of filling out their paperwork/questionnaire if they are going to ask the same EXACT questions if the nurse does not read the paperwork/questionnaire?!
Space out your appointments so the nurse can spend time the proper amount of time with each patient instead of making them sit and wait or see patients on Saturdays too!
However, I did like the doctor as she was thorough and answered my questions. The 3 stars was because of "EVERYTHING" that occurred prior to my seeing the doctor.
