Waiting for more than an hour is not acceptable when the waiting room is extremely inadequate. Time spent with the Dr. was but a few minutes which was upsetting and only served to get a prescription for apnea supplies.

Dr Vaghasia is thorough in his examinations and testing in order to make an accurate diagnosis. The only drawback is the inordinate amount time spent waiting to be seen.

Dr. Vaghasia is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explains everything in detail and allows us to ask questions. He listens to his patients and their concerns. The office staff is very friendly and give superior customer service. Thank you all for the wonderful experience during our first visit to your office.

Had a good experience. Not too long of a wait. Dr.Bansal was great. Showed me and explained the settings on my cpap machine. This visit was for preop clearances.

Prime is the place to go if you need a damn good lung doctor. Talks in way you understand what is going to be done and what needs to be done to better ones life. The staff are respectful and helpful. My only issue is, sometimes 15 minutes isn't long enough. Thank you prime pulmonology

Once in the patient room, everything progressed well. My only irritation was having to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes before getting into the patient room.

Terrible experience, waste of time and gas as i live 1 hour away. They were using the Philips machines that were recalled 1 1/2 to 2 years ago for being unsafe. When I questioned the@staff they stated they knew the machines were recalled and did not understand why they haven't been replaced yet. Obviously these doctors do not have their patients best interests and health as a priority! $$ must be their priority!

The study was fine, but the bed wasn’t great. It had a sunken in spot. Staff was nice and friendly.
